José Rizal wrote in his memoir that he was born in Calamba on 19 June 1861, between eleven and midnight. This page uses the middle of that hour, 11:30 pm local time. Kumbh (Aquarius) was rising then, and Meen (Pisces) took over twelve minutes later. So this reading names no houses.
His Moon is in Tula (Libra), in Vishakha nakshatra. A nakshatra is one of the 27 star groups the Moon passes through. Jupiter rules Vishakha, and it is tied to ambition and to holding one aim steadily. The Moon stood 140 degrees from the Sun, about three days short of full. That fits his own remark that the full moon was near.
The Sun, Mars, Venus and Ketu all sit in Mithun (Gemini). Mercury, the planet of words and writing, had moved into Kark (Cancer) earlier that day. Its long period began in about 1888. It held El filibusterismo, the exile in Dapitan and his execution in 1896.
Noli Me Tángere, El filibusterismo and his death made him the figure most Filipinos regard as their national hero. This is a reading next to that public record. It does not claim that the chart caused his life.

A mahadasha is a long planetary period that lasts several years. An antardasha is a shorter sub-period inside it.
Every main period in the table holds even with a birth time 15 minutes either way. The sub-period for May 1882 is too close to call, so it is left blank.
Only a birth near 11 pm itself would move the July 1892 events into the Ketu sub-period.
His Ateneo degree in 1877 came in Saturn's long period, during a Venus sub-period.
Saturn's long period also held his medical degree in Madrid and Noli Me Tángere in 1887.
Mercury's long period began in about 1888. It held every later event here, up to his death in 1896.
A Venus sub-period inside it held the founding of La Liga Filipina. The same sub-period held his arrest three days later and his landing at Dapitan.
The Moon's sub-period held the hard end of his life: the return to Manila as a prisoner, the court martial and the execution.
